I’m excited to be going in the right direction again!

I have gone from 220 to the 160’s. Now I am finally getting back in the game! To reach and maintain a healthy weight so food can no longer control my life and put a damper on my happiness. ^_^

I am eating my last bit of junk right now. Even though its bad! I know… I am really proud of myself and I refuse to fail. I am literally half way there! Tomorrow is the day… I know my sweet tooth will never fade, but as of tomorrow I will make my first effort in getting rid of my craving for sugar. I will limit my sweets to a kind of ’snack’. Instead of eating cake 24/7 like an addict such as myself has been doing. (No, surprisingly this is not the downfall to my weight loss. My body is actually used to burning up all the sweets. But it is a minor set back in shedding inches and shrinking fat cells)

I will definitely try to go for low calorie, low carb, or small portions for my snack! I have common sense. I have done this before. I am an experienced loser! I know what works for me! Now all I have to do is apply it! Yays!
